1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, subscribing to, or utilizing any hosting services, domain registrations, or products offered by HomieHosting (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our services must be used only for lawful purposes in accordance with the laws of Nepal and international jurisdiction. Strictly prohibited activities include hosting malware, phishing pages, unlicensed copyright material, unsolicited email broadcasting (SPAM), and DDoS/port-scanning tools. Violation will result in immediate service suspension.

3. Resource Quotas and Fair Usage

Shared and cloud hosting accounts are allocated specific CPU, RAM, I/O, and disk quotas. Shared plans may not be used for bulk video streaming storage or personal cloud file archives. Accounts that exceed designated resource limits will be temporarily throttled to preserve server stability for all clients.

4. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

All recurring invoices are generated 14 days prior to expiration. Payment must be settled before the due date to avoid automated suspension. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable once registered with the registry.
